What is the rental season?

We have two rental seasons per year: Winter storage runs from November 1 - April 30, and Summer season is May 1 - October 31st. Move in/ move out is typically on the weekend before the season starts or ends.

Can I store my car/ truck/ boat/ camper/ RV with you?

Short answer: Maybe. We typically have a waiting list, especially for larger/ longer items. Please contact us to check availability or reserve a spot.

Do you take reservations?

Yes. Last year’s renters get first option to come back. We typically send out a lease about 2 months ahead of the season start, and take deposits. Once we know who’s coming back, then we start working down the waiting list in order (oldest first).

Can you describe the storage space?

The Hangar is a wood framed, clear span, asphalt floored building that is roughly 65x85’ in total. There is a 14’ rollup door that we use for load-in/ out. The door is 12’ wide and just shy of 14’ tall and the space inside is roughly 25’ tall at its highest point.

Do you insure the contents of the hangar (e.g. the stuff I’m storing with you)?

No. You are 100% responsible for insuring your property. The building itself is insured but we have no ownership interest in your property so couldn’t insure it even if we wanted to (which we don’t, as we have no way of knowing what your property is worth)
